Im not real sure now were I grabbed these from, but I found two transformers wallpapers on my blackberry. They are made for a blackberry wallpaper sense they are wider than tall and not a complete square. Enjoy. One Autobot and one Deceptacon

Any Bumblebee wallpaper available? It would be nice to have Bumblebee or Optimus Prime wall paper. I think yours come bundled with the phone in the first place.
