According to Engadget Mobile, AT&T has suspended the Smart Limits program temperley.  The reason is that if the minute amount was exceeded by the phone with smart limits, and the child or whoever called and was disconnected with 911, then 911 would not be able to call them back.  So hopefully they will have this fixed soon.  I’m sure  a lot of parents are more relaxed being able to limit their children’s phone minutes.
