Following Verizon announcing that they will no longer require you to renew a contract when you changed your contract, AT&T Wireless has now announced that they also will not renew your contract on changing a wireless plan.  AT&T has also announced that with their $3.99 international calling package, it is now only $0.05 to call Mexico from the United States.
