Check out this video showing the HTC Touch Dual Camera phone demoing the photo album software.  It allows you to flip your picture over with a finger movement and also allows you to zoom in on different parts of the picture with a clockwise and zoom out with a counter clockwise finger movement over the area you want to zoom on.
