Very Cool and Free Blackberry Lock App.  This is simple and works great.  It locks your blackberry after the screen light goes off, also you can time delay it to so many seconds after the backscreen light goes off.  I am tired of messing around with my Blackberry in my front pocket and calling people and im sure you are so give it a try.  Click Here for the OTA download.
